This landmark French Renaissance-style building was designed by Louise Blanchard Bethune, the first professional woman architect in the U.S. It was built in 1904, during Buffalo’s industrial heyday for the Pan-American Exposition.

The Richardson Romanesque J.A. Webb building was built in 1878 and restored in 2007 as loft style apartments. In November of 2012, the property was remodeled and converted to the Lofts on Pearl.
